Project Engineer

Overview

In this role you will lead as the go-to technical expert on large-scale projects, driving them from initial enquiry through design, quotation and commissioning. You’ll work on bespoke builds for blue-chip clients within a global manufacturer, collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders. The position offers specialist training, clear progression, and a long-term career path in a growing, pioneering company. The role is office-based, with strong client and internal team interaction and a focus on delivering complex engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Project management from quoting and estimating to design and manufacture
• Overseeing bespoke projects from sales to commissioning
• Managing special builds for blue-chip clients
• Liaising with multiple departments to drive projects forward
• Acting as the technical expert on assigned projects

Key requirements

• Experience in Applications, Design or Project Engineering
• Desire to take on a Project lead position
• Commutable to Oxford
• Ability to manage projects through from concept to manufacture
