Oracle Technical Specialist Solutions – Oracle HCM

Overview

In this role you will help clients move to and optimise Oracle Cloud (Fusion) environments, focusing on data migration, integrations, or reporting. You will work within the Oracle Transformation team to shape technical solutions that enable transformation initiatives, with opportunities to travel to Newcastle or Manchester and to work in a hybrid setup. You’ll collaborate with analysts and engineers to design, build, and test new interfaces, reports, or migration templates, driving measurable client impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for data migration, including mapping, templates, and ETL processes using Oracle loaders
• Design and build integrations between Oracle Cloud and non-Oracle systems; create and improve interfaces
• Design and develop new or enhanced reports; create testing and validation for reporting functions
• Develop and review technical designs for migrations, integrations, and reporting
• Perform defect resolution and ongoing monitoring/debugging of data and integration issues
• Support cross-functional analysts with technical guidance on migration, integration, and reporting tasks
• Contribute to performance and technical testing (functional, technical, performance) of interfaces and reports
• Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery quality

Key requirements

• Oracle Cloud (Fusion) experience in data migration, integration, or reporting
• Certification in Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement, Oracle HCM/Payroll, or Integration Cloud (or equivalents)
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical designs for migration, integration, or reporting
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Eligible for UK security clearance (SC)
