As part of the Integrate Pillar within the AJAX programme, you will be instrumental in resolving cross-project technical issues, ensuring seamless integration of systems and components across different teams. Working within a collaborative Tiger Team environment, you’ll support project delivery by identifying conflicts early, providing expert advice, and facilitating communication across engineering functions.Key Responsibilities
Identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues impacting the programmeSupport Project Lead and Chief Engineers with technical expertiseCollaborate across teams to detect and address design conflictsParticipate in focused Tiger Team activities for rapid resolutionEnsure clear documentation of issues and lessons learnedSupport risk mitigation strategies related to design and integrationMaintain awareness of current engineering standards and best practicesExperience & Skills
