Responsibilities
- process inspection requests, handle queries, and manage applications, payments, and invoicing
- administer Street Name and Numbering functions and manage related fees
- assist with Land Charge search information
- administer Building Safety Levy
- generate reports to keep Inspectors and Head of Service informed
- ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- support customer service during core hours with some flexible working
Key requirements
- team collaboration and ability to work independently following procedures
- understanding of Building Control is desirable but not essential
- proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
