Systems Test Engineer

Overview

In this role you will ensure timely delivery and performance validation of Mass Spectrometry systems within a LEAN-led New Product Operations team. You’ll work on testing, diagnosing, and refining instruments from prototype to production, collaborating across engineering and manufacturing. The position offers hands-on experience with Waters’ MS instruments and clear opportunities for career growth across the company. Responsibilities

• Deliver MS systems to meet customer requirements and quarterly targets
• Complete performance test specifications for Mass Spectrometers
• Identify and diagnose failures in performance specifications and resolve root causes
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of department processes
• Work on prototype instruments through pilot production to mainstream manufacture
• Willingness to work overtime to achieve output objectives
