Key Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners with a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and completion statements
- Handling sale and purchase files from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Conducting searches, Land Registry applications, and post-completion work
- Managing files efficiently using case management systems
- Providing regular updates to clients and ensuring a high level of service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant is essential
