We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Team Leader for a high-precision manufacturing business in Poole. You will lead the QC team, oversee inspection and testing activities and play a key role in developing the team, driving continuous improvement and supporting new products and processes.

Quality Control Team LeaderJob Description

• Lead and manage the QC team, including daily workload planning, setting targets and monitoring performance
• Oversee quality inspection and testing, supporting inspection activities and measurement techniques
• Develop team performance, ensuring effective induction, training, competency, probation reviews, and ongoing development.
• Drive quality and process improvement by implementing improvement initiatives and supporting NPI.

Quality Control Team LeaderEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a highly regulated industry in a quality control position.
• Strong technical competence and decision-making capability
• Supervisory/Team Leadership experience is highly desirable
