Overview
In this role you will architect AI solutions and embed them into enterprise environments to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes. You’ll lead client projects, productionise systems, and operate multi-modal LLMs, building cutting-edge generative AI and agentic systems for financial services. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale AI in production and drive measurable value. This is a hands-on, leadership-heavy position at the frontier of enterprise AI.

Responsibilities
- Architect AI solutions and embed them in enterprise environments
- Lead client projects and productionise systems
- Operate multi-modal LLMs and deploy generative AI and agentic systems
- Drive scalable pipelines and cross-functional collaboration
- Deliver impactful outcomes for financial services through advanced engineering
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science, AI or related STEM
- Hands-on experience deploying LLMs and multi-modal models at scale in production
- Strong understanding of scalable MLOps, observability, and cloud-native AI deployment
- Strong Python coding and API development skills
- Collaborative, pragmatic with advanced stakeholder communication, problem-solving and Agile project management
