Whether you join us as an Operative, Foreman, or IPV Foreman/Operative, you’ll play a key role in keeping roads safe and projects running smoothly.Your responsibilities may include:Installing, maintaining, and removing traffic management equipment (cones, signs, barriers, and lights)Driving and operating IPV vehicles where qualifiedLeading or supporting a crew to ensure all work is delivered safely and efficientlySetting up and managing lane closures, road closures, and diversion routesCarrying out site checks in line with Chapter 8 regulationsCommunicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsCompleting traffic counts, reports, and near-miss documentationEnsuring compliance with health and safety standards at all timesSupporting and mentoring trainees and new team membersAssisting supervisors and managers to ensure projects are delivered on time
What are we looking forQualifications : 12AB, 12b LTMO or 12a Traffic Management Foreman qualificationKnowledge : Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulationsDriving Licence : Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years agoTesting : Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results)Attitude : Positive, “can-do” mindsetSkills : Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detailIPV qualificationHGV licence
