two experienced Project Managers
to join a major high-rise retrofit and cladding replacement programme in central Bristol.This is an excellent opportunity to lead the refurbishment of residential tower blocks, delivering complex faade remediation and capital works within the social housing sector.
The Role
You will take ownership of
two high-rise projects , managing site teams, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Projects include:Cladding and faade replacementFire remediation and fire protection worksRoofing and lightning protection upgradesMEP removal and reinstatementConcrete repairs, structural works and groundworksExternal landscaping and public realm improvements
What We’re Looking For
Essential:Proven Project Manager experience on large-scale construction projectsHigh-rise refurbishment or retrofit experienceKnowledge of faade systems, roofing and fire remediationSMSTS, CSCS, Scaffold Inspection and Temporary Works CoordinatorFirst Aid at WorkFull UK Driving LicenceDesirable:PAS 2035 retrofit experienceSocial housing backgroundExperience working in occupied/live environments
