Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across various acute wards and departments.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for patients.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines.Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.Maintain accurate and contemporaneous digital medical records.

Requirements
Current and valid NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse.Minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience within an NHS hospital setting.Right to work in the UK.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.A compassionate, adaptable approach to patient care in fast-paced environments.
