Senior Employment Counsel: Global Advisor, Hybrid Role

Hiscox seeks a Senior Employment Counsel to act as the lead employment lawyer for the Group, reporting to the Group General Counsel. The role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on support for complex employment matters across the Group.

You will partner with HR, Risk and local legal teams to advise on restructurings, cross-border projects and regulatory alignment, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives and confidentiality.
