Senior Real Estate Investments Counsel – PE & M&A

Addleshaw Goddard in London is seeking a senior lawyer (typically 6+ years PQE) to join the Real Estate Investments team. You will lead high‑value real estate investment, Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) and corporate real estate transactions for major domestic and international clients.

You will advise on sophisticated investment structures, joint ventures and asset management, driving deals, shaping client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice.
