AI-First Resourcing & Associate Manager

Cloudscaler in London seeks an experienced Resourcing & Associate Manager to own day-to-day matching of people to client work and to build a flexible associate pool. You will partner with Engine Room leadership to align bench, utilisation, and delivery priorities.

You will lead onboarding and ongoing management of associates, ensuring compliance, timely placements, and fair, transparent processes. This role reports to the Chief Consulting Officer.
