Strategic Real Estate Procurement Lead

Greystar is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive UK&I sourcing, engage local stakeholders and lead end-to-end procurement cycles across existing and new developments. You will build and manage a pipeline of strategic initiatives, maintain a robust supplier base, and advise on contracting activity in collaboration with the European team.

You will work with onsite teams, ensure policy compliance, and utilize Luminance CLM for contract governance.
