Senior Mechanical Estimator: Data Centre & Fit-Out Lead

Heated Mechanical Services is seeking a Senior Mechanical Estimator to join its Basildon pre-construction team. You will own mechanical tenders from enquiry to submission for high-end commercial fits and data centres, coordinating with estimating, pre-construction, commercial and operations teams.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience pricing complex mechanical packages, interpreting drawings and specifications, and delivering commercially viable tenders on time.
