Corporate Solicitor – Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Bristol

A highly regarded regional law firm with a strong reputation for advising high-growth and entrepreneurial businesses is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding Bristol office. The Role:

• Advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions
• Supporting on private equity and venture capital investments
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and joint venture arrangements
• Providing strategic corporate and growth advisory support to clients
• Managing matters from instruction through to completion, with appropriate supervision
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development activity and contributing to the growth of the Bristol team

About You:

• 2–6 years’ PQE Solicitor with solid experience in corporate transactional work
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development
• Collaborative and proactive team player
• Salary up to £85,000 depending on experience
