We are currently working with a leading organisation that is investing heavily in AI, Automation and Digital Transformation.
They are looking to hire an Intelligent Automation Engineer to join a growing team and help deliver AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate complex processes and support large-scale business transformation initiatives.
The Role
This is not a traditional RPA role.
The position sits at the intersection of:
- Document Processing
- Workflow Design
- Business Transformation
You will be responsible for identifying, designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions that help streamline business processes whilst maintaining strong governance and regulatory controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered automation solutions across business operations
- Develop intelligent document-processing and information-extraction solutions
- Implement AI-enabled workflows using modern automation platforms
- Build integrations across enterprise systems and data sources
- Support large-scale review, remediation and operational transformation programmes
- Develop management information and reporting solutions
- Apply AI governance, validation and quality controls
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and solve operational challenges
- Support the wider adoption of AI across the organisation
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering AI and Intelligent Automation solutions
- Generative AI, LLMs and AI-powered workflow experience
- Process automation and workflow orchestration
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) experience beneficial
- Strong data manipulation and transformation capability
- Experience working with APIs and systems integration
- Python or other scripting/programming languages beneficial
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience operating within regulated environments highly desirable
