Conduct Risk Manager – Hybrid & Flexible

Apollo is strengthening its conduct risk framework and we’re looking for a Conduct Manager to shape customer outcomes, product governance and conduct risk across the business. This second-line role partners with underwriting, claims, delegated authority and operations to provide pragmatic advice, oversight and constructive challenge.

You’ll help ensure regulatory requirements are applied in a way that supports good outcomes while remaining commercially proportionate.
