Team Lead, Payments Platform & AI-Driven Delivery

Xe is building a cross-border payments platform and seeks a Team Lead to own how a squad builds, ships, and scales its slice of the platform. You’ll shape architecture, API design, and delivery, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with Product Management.

You’ll use AI tools daily to accelerate engineering work, lead technical decisions, and align with adjacent squads as the platform moves money for Xe’s customers.
