Delivery Director, Industrial & Logistics Real Estate

Higher Capital Consulting in London is seeking a Project Director to oversee delivery across industrial and logistics schemes as the business scales. You will lead refurbishment, capex and new-build projects across the portfolio, reporting to investment and asset management teams.

MRICS qualification is required with about 8–12 years’ experience. The role is delivery-led, with autonomy and exposure to acquisition decisions, with a salary in the £90,000–£115,000 range plus bonus and package.
