FinCrime Compliance Lead – 2LoD & Policy Oversight

Revolut is seeking an experienced Financial Crime Compliance Lead to join the second line of defence. You will oversee FinCrime policies, manage MLROs and compliance managers, and drive risk controls across the group to protect customers and the business.

In a fast-moving digital environment, you will define standards, support 2LoD and 1LoD teams, and ensure effective governance. You will work with senior management to monitor risk and validate controls across products and services.
