Mental Health Clinical Research Lead

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a CRF Team Lead to provide leadership and day‑to‑day management for the Clinical Research Facility delivery team at the Warneford Hospital, with activity across satellite and community settings.

You will oversee feasibility, setup, delivery and governance of diverse mental health and neuroscience studies, and contribute to staff development and patient involvement in research culture.
