Lead Animal Facility Manager | ASPA/NACWO Ready

IQVIA Laboratories in Portishead is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead a small rodent animal unit within a regulated in vivo facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure ASPA compliance, hold a Home Office PIL, and support study delivery with scientists and NACWO.

Your hands-on leadership will drive staff development, performance management, training, and rota planning while maintaining high animal welfare standards and regulatory readiness across audits and inspections.
