Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 negotiable plus pension, 25 days holiday, life assurance, medical
Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire or Chippenham, Wiltshire / Hybrid Role

AsaSystemsEngineeringConsultant
youwillbeworkingwithclientstoanalysetheirproblems;capturerequirements;createarchitectures;identifypotentialoptions;assesssolutionsusingsystemsanalysismethods;andmakerecommendationsbasedonrobustevidence.Projectswilltypicallybeinsupportofresearchandprocurementactivitiesinthedefenceandsecuritysectorbutmayincludeworkinothersectorsandgovernmentdepartments.
YouwillhaveabackgroundpreferablyinSpaceSystemsandC4ISystems,DigitalEngineering,NetworkSystems,Telecommunications,DefenceSystems.
Responsibilitiesfor the role of SystemsEngineeringConsultantwillinclude:
- Delivering/leadingtechnicalconsultingprojects.
- Usingsystemsengineeringtotacklerealworldproblems,applyingtoolsandtechniques,anddevelopingnovelapproacheswhererequired.
- Applyinganddevelopingsystemsengineeringmethods,toolsandtechniques,includingdevelopingandapplyingnovelapproacheswhererequired.
- Workingorganicallyincustomerteamstodeliverhighqualitysystemsengineeringadvice&artefacts.
- Buildingnewrelationshipsandmaintainingcurrentcustomerrelationships.
- Assisting/leadinginidentifyingandwinningworkforanewandgrowingconsultancy.
