1st Step Solutions is supporting a building services engineering company in Grays, Essex, seeking a Mechanical Estimator. The role involves preparing accurate tenders for HVAC, plumbing and public health systems, with site visits as required.

You will analyse tender documentation, carry out detailed take-offs, price schedules and work with suppliers and subcontractors to produce competitive cost plans.
