Learning & Development Leader (Hybrid) — Impact at Scale

Amey is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead and deliver a wide range of training initiatives within the Transport Infrastructure People Team. The role offers full-time, fixed-term (12 months) work with hybrid/remote arrangements and regular UK travel.

You will partner with the L&D Business Partner to shape development experiences, support the organisation’s learning needs, and drive the ongoing strategic evolution of learning across the business.
