The National Trust for Jersey is looking to recruit a experienced Properties Manager to cover a period of maternity leave. A key member of our management team, this role has responsibility for the overall letting, repair, maintenance and conservation of our historic building portfolio,which encompasses residential and commencial properties, self-catering, visitor sites, monuments and landmarks. Managing a team of 5, this role is also responsibite for co-ordinating and prioritising work schedules, ensuring health & safety procedures are followed, and managing all apsects of the Trust’s rental portfolio.
For the right individual this 10-month fixed term contract starting Dec 2026 offers an opportunity to make a lasting difference.
