Engineering Team Lead – FMCG Plant Reliability & Safety

AG Barr is seeking an Engineering Team Leader in Milton Keynes to drive shift performance and build a safe, high-performing engineering culture. You will coordinate maintenance activities, lead RCA/MBR processes, and champion continuous improvement across the site.

You will mentor technicians, manage daily handovers, and push for optimal reliability and equipment availability in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role requires 3 on 3 off days/nights shift flexibility.
