Senior Maintenance Lead – Health & Safety Focus

BGIS UK & Europe is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to oversee a defined maintenance team at The Crown Estate, Regent Street, London. You will lead on-site operations, ensure H&S and contractual KPI adherence, and manage subcontractors and CMMS data.

The role requires coordination with client and internal stakeholders to drive service levels, safety, and asset performance under BGIS procedures.
