Senior Backend Engineer – Scalable, Secure FinTech

OSB Group is seeking a Lead Engineer – Backend to provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple Savings squads. You’ll ensure architecture, code quality and security across backend services and Salesforce components, collaborating with UK/India teams and mentoring engineers.

The role can be based in Wolverhampton, Chatham or London with occasional travel; hybrid working is offered along with a competitive package.
