Senior Associate / Junior Partner – Corporate Commercial Solicitor
Salary: £60,000+ DOE
Experience: 5+ years PQE
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor at Senior Associate or Junior Partner level to join a growing team. The role is corporate-led, although candidates with a strong commercial background and the ability to develop and grow a corporate practice will also be considered.
You will work closely with the Head of Team, playing a key role in business development, client relationships and the continued growth of the department.
The existing team comprises 2 Partners, 3 Solicitors (including a Trainee) and 1 Paralegal, providing a supportive and collaborative environment with genuine scope for progression and partnership.
Key requirements:
- 5+ years PQE in Corporate/Commercial law
- Strong corporate experience preferred
- Commercial experience considered where there is clear potential to develop a corporate portfolio
- Commercially minded with a strong interest in business development and client growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambition to progress towards partnership
