Senior Family Help Service Manager (Social Work)

City of York Council is seeking a Service Manager (Social Work Qualified) to lead the Family Help team in York, supervising Practice Supervisors and Senior Social Workers while supporting Family Help Lead Practitioners.

You will manage complex cases across early support to Court processes, promote safeguarding, and drive high-quality, relationship-based practice through strong leadership and multi-agency collaboration.
