Family Help Coordinator: Hybrid Front-Line Family Support

Stockport Council is seeking a Family Help Coordinator to join Stockport Family teams. You will provide frontline support, conducting assessments, and working with children and families in various settings including family homes.

This temporary, full-time role is hybrid, based at One Stockport Family Hub with some homeworking, 37 hours per week, salary between £35,570 and £40,444. The post closes 30 September 2026.
