Residential Childcare Worker: Transform Young Lives

Family Care is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to join our Formby-based team, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities in a therapeutic home. You’ll deliver daily care, emotional support, and help them grow in a safe, nurturing environment alongside in-house therapists.

The role requires experience with young people, NVQ3 Residential Childcare, a calm, empathetic approach, strong communication and teamwork, and a full UK driving licence.
