Common Thread Ltd is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to help create a safe, nurturing and healing home for vulnerable young people. You’ll provide emotional support, routine and a warm environment, sharing home cooking, school runs and activities as part of a supportive team.

We value enthusiasm and resilience, and require PVG disclosure plus a valid full manual driver’s licence. Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
