Housing Support & Enablement Lead

HHS Group in Salford, Greater Manchester, is seeking a Supported Housing – Core Coordinator (MOUP) to join our team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality housing-related support to young adults with ADHD, ASD, and complex needs, across a 35-hour week rota, with 7:45am–8:10pm coverage.

You will manage caseloads, develop support plans, liaise with external agencies, and work within a safeguarding framework to promote independent living and resilience for vulnerable adults in our care.
