Senior Therapeutic Support Worker – Children’s Homes

Keys Group is seeking an experienced Senior Therapeutic Support Worker for our children’s homes in Widnes. The role requires a minimum of 12 months’ residential childcare experience and a Level 3 qualification, with long day shifts and regular sleep-ins.

Salary starts at £14.45 per hour, plus an additional £3k–£6k per year for sleep-ins (£62.64 per sleep-in, 4–8 per month). A full UK driving licence is required, and extensive training and benefits are provided.
