Children in Care Social Worker – Leaving Care

Telford and Wrekin Council is recruiting Children’s Qualified Social Worker (PO2) and Experienced Social Worker (PO3) for the 14+ Leaving Care team in Telford. The roles involve safeguarding, care planning, and transition support for looked-after children and care leavers.
