Residential Support Worker – Weekend & Term-Time

Ruskin Mill Trust is seeking a Residential Support Worker to work term-time only, based in and around Nailsworth, Stroud or Stonehouse. The role supports young people in educational and residential settings, assisting with daily living, wellbeing, and community engagement.

Access to a vehicle is preferred due to remote locations, and weekend work plus full rota coverage is essential. Sponsorship cannot be offered for this role, so please consider the requirements carefully.
