Field-Based Community Mental Health Nurse – Home Visits

NHSGGC in East Dunbartonshire is seeking a live NMC-registered Community Charge Nurse to join the Mental Health Team based in Kirkintilloch. The role requires autonomous practice within the MDT, strong assessment skills and the ability to plan and deliver low-level psychological therapies.

You will travel to patients’ homes and other bases, support junior staff, supervise students, and maintain high standards of clinical records.
