Rough Sleeper Outreach & Housing Support Officer

Worcester City Council is expanding its Housing & Homelessness Service with a Rough Sleeper Support Officer role. You will deliver assertive outreach to rough sleepers and vulnerably housed individuals, helping them access suitable accommodation and support via partners across the city.

You will work in a trauma-informed, person-centred manner, building trusted relationships and coordinating with multiple agencies to deliver sustainable housing solutions.
