Service Request Analyst — Flexible IT Support & Helpdesk

Ricoh in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Service Requests role that reports to the IT Service Requests Manager. You will provide excellent support to internal colleagues for service requests via phone, email and face-to-face interactions in a fast-paced environment within a friendly team.
