Confidential is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Fee Earner for an easy commute from Southend. The role covers all stages of conveyancing from inception through to post-completion within a supportive team.
The ideal candidate will handle registered and unregistered titles and work with freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership properties, including remortgages and transfers of equity. Knowledge of Land Registry applications is preferred.
