Assistant Manager – Pubs & Guest Experience Lead

Port William, a seaside pub near Tintagel, is seeking a hands-on manager to work in an inspiring part of the world, motivating a team while supporting and occasionally stepping in for the General Manager.

You will lead service, welcome guests, monitor feedback, support Front and Back of House at peak times, oversee quality food and Kitchen Team, and uphold health and safety standards on the path to a General Manager role.
