Contract Maintenance & Compliance Officer

Shropshire Council’s Property Services Group is seeking a Contract Maintenance Officer to help manage maintenance and compliance contracts across council buildings, keeping them safe, compliant and operational.

You will work with contractors, colleagues and site contacts to ensure services are delivered promptly, review service reports and certification, and support the financial administration of contracts.
