Head of Facilities Management | Multi‑Site Hospitality Leader

PSD Group is seeking a Head of FM / Maintenance to lead the Facilities Management function across a substantial multi-site leisure and hospitality portfolio. You will oversee the Estates Helpdesk and Reception, while driving maintenance programs, compliance and service delivery.

This senior role combines strategic leadership with day-to-day oversight, using FM data to identify trends, improve contractor performance and shape long-term Estates strategy.
