Hybrid Customer Service Specialist – Community Focus

The Co-operative Bank in Chipping Sodbury is seeking a friendly branch team member to support customers in a busy, community-focused environment. The role is full-time, with hours 8.45am–5pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 8.45am–12.30pm.

You’ll handle cash accurately, assist customers with a wide range of needs, take calls for the Customer Service area, and stay up to date with products, policies and procedures.
