Operations Administrator — Manufacturing Data & Coordination

Sunseeker International in Poole seeks a highly organised Operations Administrator to support workforce administration, reporting and day‑to‑day coordination across our Dorset sites. You’ll ensure data accuracy, timeliness of records and compliance within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll work closely with managers, handle meetings and events, and travel between shipyards as needed to maintain smooth operations and continuous improvement of administrative processes.
