Youth Support Worker – 16–21 in 24/7 Accommodation (Trauma‑Informed)

Oasis Community Housing in Gateshead is seeking a Project Support to help deliver its Young People’s Supported Housing Service, including two 24-hour staffed projects for 16-21 year olds with medium and complex needs. You’ll provide trauma-informed, holistic support aligned with safety plans.

You will work closely with Gateshead Council’s Children’s Services to meet outcomes and ensure compliance with Supported Accommodation Regulations and Ofsted registration.
